City Of Heroes Scrapper Build - A willpower build can do the same but not until much later and with a lot of enhancement sets. Not crazy damage but over all a well balanced Powerset Hope this help anyone that is interested in Scrappers have been in the game since Issue 0, originally as a City of Heroes archetype. Not sure if it works better with scrapper, stalker or brute. My main question is about enhancement slotting.
